Casa Anstelvallei is a modern and stylish holiday home, opened in early 2025. It is located in a peaceful green setting at the edge of the Anstelvallei nature reserve in Kerkrade. Here you enjoy privacy and tranquility while staying close to all amenities.

From the house, you can walk directly into the forest towards the Cranenweyer reservoir – the only reservoir in the Netherlands – and the historic 14th-century Erenstein Castle. The area is well known for its walking and cycling routes and the rolling landscape of South Limburg.

Around the property, you experience true countryside living: fresh air, birdsong and open green views. In the surroundings you may encounter our animals such as deer, alpacas, goats and chickens – a unique experience for both adults and children.

Inside, Casa Anstelvallei is modern and comfortably furnished with attention to detail. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom is modern and features a spacious walk-in shower.

The living room offers a comfortable seating area and a modern television with streaming options. The bedrooms are quietly designed to ensure a relaxing night’s sleep.

Towels, bed linen and kitchen textiles are included. Parking is available on site. We live on the adjacent property and are happy to provide tips about the region.

Casa Anstelvallei is particularly suitable for mid-term stays (up to 2 months), but can also be booked for shorter stays when available. A perfect blend of nature, comfort and flexibility.
