We are the owners of Casa Holiday Homes and with great pleasure we rent out two bungalows located on our private property in Kerkrade: Casa Cranenweyer and Casa Anstelvallei. What started as a single holiday home has grown over the years into a small-scale rental concept where quality, tranquility, and personal attention are key.

Since 2020, we have been renting out Casa Cranenweyer to guests from the Netherlands and abroad. Over the years, we have learned a great deal from our guests and their feedback. This experience was incorporated into the development of Casa Anstelvallei, which opened in January 2025. Both bungalows are furnished with care and managed by us personally, allowing us to guarantee consistent quality and maintenance.

We live on the same property, which means we are nearby when needed, while at the same time placing great importance on our guests’ privacy and independence. Guests are free to enjoy their stay in their own way, knowing that help or advice is always close at hand if required.

A special feature that is frequently mentioned in guest reviews is the presence of the animals on and around the property. Many guests enjoy how the animals occasionally curiously “stop by” during breakfast or while relaxing outside. For many visitors – and especially for children – this adds a warm, rural charm to the stay.

We consciously choose a small-scale approach. No anonymous rentals, but clear communication, well-maintained accommodations, and transparent agreements. This includes fixed check-in times, a no-pets policy, and carefully maintained facilities, so guests always know what to expect.
