House Rules – Casa Holiday Homes 

Important: By staying in the accommodation, the guest confirms having read and agreed to these house rules.

  1. General use & duty of care

    • The accommodation may only be used for recreational purposes.
    • Use the property, inventory and installations with due care and in accordance with the principle of proper housekeeping.
    • Any damage, malfunction or irregularity must be reported immediately to the host.
  2. Number of guests ®gistration

    • The maximum number of guests is 4 persons.
    • This maximum may not be exceeded, not even temporarily.
    • Accurate details of all occupants must be provided (guest registration).
  3. Animals on the premises

    • Behind the house live animals such as deer, alpacas, goats, chickens and pigs.
    • These animals may be fed only with vegetables and fruit.
    • All other food is strictly prohibited due to serious health risks.
  4. Access to the accommodation

    • The accommodation is equipped with an electronic door lock.
    • Use the lock only as intended.
    • Never pull or push the lock itself; always use the door handle.
    • Damage or malfunction caused by improper use will be charged to the guest.
  5. Parking area cameras

    • The parking area at the front of the property is monitored by security cameras.
    • The cameras detect movement and also provide lighting at night.
    • No private areas are monitored.
  6. Safety

    • Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed and must not be removed, covered or disabled.
    • A fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit are available for emergencies only.
    • Any use of these items must be reported to the host.
  7. Smoking

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the accommodation, including e-cigarettes and vapes.
    • In case of violation:
      • €250 fine;
      • charging of proven additional cleaning and odour removal costs;
      • charging of proven loss of income or cancellation costs of subsequent guests;
      • possible immediate termination of the stay.
  8. Charging electric vehicles

    • Charging electric vehicles via household sockets or installations is not permitted.
    • Only a charging facility designated by the host may be used.
    • In case of violation:
      • €250 fine per violation;
      • any damage or consequential costs will be charged;
      • the stay may be terminated immediately if safety is at risk.
  9. Heating, cooling & installations

    • Heating, air conditioning units and the pellet stove may only be used according to the instructions provided.
    • It is not permitted to:
      • refill, clean or dismantle installations yourself;
      • use installations for purposes other than intended;
      • leave installations running unnecessarily when absent or overnight (where indicated).
  10. Noise & surroundings

    • The property is located in a quiet, natural environment.
    • Please respect neighbours and animals.
    • Parties, loud music and nuisance are not permitted.
  11. BBQ & outdoor use

    • The BBQ is available seasonally.
    • Use only designated materials.
    • Clean the BBQ after use, allow it to cool completely and return it to the shed.
    • Do not use kitchen inventory on the BBQ.
  12. Waste & cleanliness

    • Waste must be separated according to the instructions in the accommodation.
    • Close containers and cabinets after use.
    • Report full or unclean containers to the host.
  13. Bicycles & shed

    • Bicycles may be stored in the shed at your own risk.
    • The shed cannot be locked; do not install personal locks.
    • The shed is not a play area.
  14. Washing machine & dryer (shed)

    • The washing machine and dryer are intended for shared use.
    • Please be considerate of other users.
    • After use, leave the doors of the washing machine and dryer open to prevent mould.
    • Leave the area tidy after use.
  15. Parasol

    • If the parasol is opened, it must be closed and secured:
      • when leaving the accommodation;
      • in windy or bad weather.
    • This is to prevent damage to the parasol and surroundings.
    • When not in use, the parasol is stored in the shed (seasonal).
  16. Check-out

    • Check-out no later than 10:00 AM.
    • Before departure:
      • load and start the dishwasher;
      • place used towels in the laundry basket;
      • leave the accommodation tidy.
  17. Compliance

    • Violation of these rules may result in fines, cost recovery or termination of the stay, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
